1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FlipPro AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

FlipPro AI provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available property listing information. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm FlipPro AI or third parties.

4. No professional advice

All content and analysis provided by FlipPro AI is for general information only. You should conduct your own research and seek independent professional advice before making any property or investment decision.

5. Third-party content

FlipPro AI analyses data from third-party listing sources. We are not affiliated with and do not endorse any real estate platform. Accuracy of underlying listing data is the responsibility of those sources.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

FlipPro AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • FlipPro AI Pro (Monthly) — AUD $29.99/month. Includes 500 analysis credits per month, full access to Feasibility Calculators, Budget Tracker, Black Book CRM, and Deal Radar.
  • FlipPro AI Pro (Annual) — AUD $249.99/year (equivalent to ~$20.83/month). Same features as Pro Monthly.
  • FlipPro AI Elite (Monthly) — AUD $59.99/month. Includes 2,000 analysis credits per month, all Pro features plus AI Yield Prediction, Priority CRM Features, and Concierge Support.
  • FlipPro AI Elite (Annual) — AUD $499.99/year (equivalent to ~$41.67/month). Same features as Elite Monthly.

FlipPro AI also offers one-time credit packs that do not auto-renew:

  • Starter Boost — 5 credits for AUD $19.99
  • Professional — 15 credits for AUD $45.99
  • Strategic Growth — 40 credits for AUD $99.99

Payment and Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account on Android) at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.

Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Credit packs are one-time, non-refundable purchases.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
