- Search and rank by your chosen strategy, so you stop wading through development sites when you want a cosmetic flip.
Sharper analysis
- Comps-adjusted valuations with a confidence score.
- Heritage and contamination flags, so strategies don't over-rate a knockdown you legally can't do.
- Suburb market-cycle insight (Recovery / Rising / Peak / Cooling) baked into Hot Opportunities.
- Analyse any address — even off-market properties that aren't currently listed.
Faster to the point
- Full Analysis now opens with an executive summary: verdict, score, your max offer, expected profit and the single biggest risk.
- Honest scoring — quick scores read as preliminary, and very high first-pass scores are flagged as optimistic until a Full Analysis grounds them.

- Every tool is included on every paid plan. See current pricing for credit and active-project allowances.
